This great feature on our mobile platforms enables your users to rate and provide reviews for the published classes from the Wexer Collection and your own uploaded instructors' classes.

  • Once your users have added a review to a class it will show the 1-5 star rating.

  • Through your Partner Portal, you will immediately be able to read the review, and who the review was from. This is an excellent way of knowing what your users like and who is active on your platform, it also allows your marketing to be more targeted.

  • Over time, rating and review data collected will enable a path for recommendation and building personalised user experience by updating your Collections adding the 5 Star classes to them.

  • Web and App:

    • Users can rate classes (5-star system) and optionally add a feedback comment.

      • On the class detail page, below intensity and skill level, your user will see a ratings heading showcasing 5 stars which will be filled based on the cumulative ratings given by users of all the tenants where this class is published.

        • Users will see “No Ratings” written underneath the Rating stars in case the class is not rated yet.

        • Clicking on the stars will open a popup window ‘Rate content’ to provide ratings.

        • Users can fill in the empty stars on this popup based on their rating.

        • Users can also provide their comments below in the comment section in 500 characters.

        • This is optional as users can also submit the rating without a comment.

        • When a user submits a rating they’ll see a toast message - “Thanks, your rating has been saved and will be visible soon."

        • The class detail page will showcase a rating icon with a Rating heading showcasing 5 stars which will be filled based on the cumulative ratings given by users of all the tenants where this class is published.

  • Partner Portal :

    • When login in you will be able to see the comments and see ratings in your Partner portal.
