My Scheduled class doesn't play on the Virtual Player

In the very unlikely event of a scheduled class not playing there is a possibility that the class might not have download to you player, the reasons for that might be;

  • Your Player is off line
  • The class hasn't downloaded to your player
    • If your sites internet when down during the class download there is a possibility that the class seems available in your MyWexer but isn't on the Virtual Player, to resolve this;
      • Go to your MyWexer portal under the Calendar setting
      • Search for the class under the normal search function
      • Right click that class to see the pop-up
      • Click the Redownload button

This is start the download process, the speed of the download is dependant on your sites internet speed.
