In the very unlikely event of a scheduled class not playing there is a possibility that the class might not have download to you player, the reasons for that might be;
- Your Player is off line
- If rebooting the player doesn't fix that please contact ticket.wexer.com
- The class hasn't downloaded to your player
- If your sites internet when down during the class download there is a possibility that the class seems available in your MyWexer but isn't on the Virtual Player, to resolve this;
- Go to your MyWexer portal under the Calendar setting
- Search for the class under the normal search function
- Right click that class to see the pop-up
- Click the Redownload button
- If your sites internet when down during the class download there is a possibility that the class seems available in your MyWexer but isn't on the Virtual Player, to resolve this;
This is start the download process, the speed of the download is dependant on your sites internet speed.
