Partner Portal: Mobile Site Management

Within the Partner Portal you are able to update you Hero image, brand colours even change the name your platform uses for both your Web Player and App.

 

Once in the Partner Portal go to Site Settings, then General settings. For guidance on choosing your brand colours on the mobile platform please see THIS article.

  • Site title
    • Chose the name you want your mobile platform to be called, this will showcase on the web player tab.
  • Contact email address
    • This email address should be a generic one, such as info@wexer.com as it will be used for the  ‘Contact Us’ button on your mobile platform.
      • Note - please do not insert an individuals email address.
  • Show Equipment
    • If activated, the equipment field will be shown on class detail pages on web player and app.
  • Show Focus Area
    • If activated, the focus area field will be shown on class detail pages on web player and app.
  • Show Intensity
    • If activated, the intensity field will be shown on class detail pages on web player and app.
  • Show Skill/Experience Level
    • If activated, the skill/experience level field will be shown on class detail pages on web player and app.
  • Web Player Settings
    • Logo Image
      • Your logo will be shown top left on your web player.
      • The image needs to be a PGN format with a hight of 192.
    • Favicon Image
      • Your will show on the left corner of the tab when its open in the browser.
      • The image needs to be ICO (ping/jpeg?) format with dimensions of 16 x 16.
    • Home Image
      • Home or Hero image will be your main image shown on the logged out page of your web player and app.
      • The image needs to be a jpeg format with dimensions of 1920 x 1080.
        • NOTE - there will be your Marketing copy (wording) on this image.
          • the image your supply should not have any wording on it.
    • Primary Colour
      • Used as your Primary colour, wording.
    • Accent Colour
      • Used on bottom tab icons.

Changes you make under Web settings will instantly show on your web player.

 

Dynamic changes you make under Mobile app settings will instantly show on your App

  • Mobile app settings
    • Light and Dark mode Logos to be uploaded.
      • Both the images need to be PNG files with dimensions of 654 x 234.
  • App - Light and Dark mode
    • Primary Colour
      • Used on buttons, loader, Login and Sign up text colour.
    • Accent Colour
      • Used on bottom tab icons.
    • Sub Section Colour
      • Used this colour for the header subsection of Live Schedule and OnDemand.
        • Example
          • The sub-section colour is blue, so on-demand is displayed as blue.
    • Selected Sub Section Colour
      • Used this colour to show the selected state of subsection of Live Schedule and On Demand.
        • Example
          • The Selected Sub-Section Colour is green , so as live schedule is selected so, it is in green colour.
    • Header Background Colour
      • Used as the background colour for headers on all the screens on app.

 

Non-dynamic changes you make under Mobile app settings will require an App release update show on your App.

  • App Icon
    • The image needs to be a PNG format with dimensions of 1024 x 1024.
  • App - Light and Dark mode:
    • Splash Screen Logo
      • The image needs to be a PNG format with dimensions of 900 x 900.
    • Splash Screen Background colour
      • Used as the background colour on splash screen
    • Splash Screen text colour
      • Used for the loader and app version on the splash screen
