Within the Partner Portal you are able to upload in bulk a large number of your already signed up or new users to allow them access to your Wexer Mobile Platform content.
This feature has to be enabled for you by Wexer team. If you would like to discuss further or request the feature, please reach out to us via http://ticket.wexer.com/.
Once the feature is enabled, log into the Partner Portal, then in the navigation panel on the left click User Management then Subscription Management.
You will see two buttons on the top right of the page:

Download Template
Using the downloadable CSV template with all the necessary data in the correct format will make you Uploads possible. -
Upload
Once you have entered all needed data in your CSV file, you can upload it.
Please note that only a CSV format can be uploaded.
1. Download template and fill out the data
Downloaded CSV file will have 6 columns. This information will used to create or cancel subscription for users:
- first_name: first name of the user
- last_name: last name of the user
- email: unique email address of the user

event: Sale or Cancel
- attribution: Not mandatory, the value is recorded in database only

externaluserid: optional, a unique user’s information that will be displayed under the User’s information in Partner Portal
- If you want to create user and provide access to your platform content, put Sale to the Event column.
- If you want to cancel user’s access to your platform content, put Cancel to the Event column.
Please note:
- only access/subscription will be cancelled for the user. User account and data still will be valid and user can login to the account but will not have access to watch the media files.- externaluserid can be only added for newly created users. It will not update the information for already existing user.
2. Upload the file to the Partner Portal
Once the file processing is complete, you can see it on the screen with an option to download it and the naming convention of the record would always be filename_report.csv.
In the report you will see an additional columns:
- status: PASS or FAIL
- status_description: Description for failed requests
You can check if user has been created or not by checking the status column. If user created successfully, with the status “PASS”, a welcome email will be triggered and sent to user’s email, containing a link to set a password.
For access cancellation, if any error with the cancellation, you will see it in the status_description. If access canceled successfully, you will see status “PASS”. Access to watch content will be eliminated from the user immediately.
Notes
- Do not upload more than 500 users with one file. In case bigger batch upload is required, Wexer team can provide the help.
- External User ID information will be displayed on the User Report page and on Individual user’s information page:
