Within the Partner Portal you are able to upload in bulk a large number of your already signed up users allowing them access to your Wexer Mobile Platform.
These users will already have a subscription with you that needs to be transferred, thus allowing those users the ability to set a password and gain access to your Wexer Platform..
This function has to be turned on for you to make it available. If you would like to discuss further please reach out to us via http://ticket.wexer.com/.
Once the feature is available to you, log into the Partner Portal, then in the navigation panel on the left click User Management then Subscription Management.
As you can see from the image below there are two options top right of the page:
- Download Template
- Using the CSV file downloadable template to enter all the necessary date in the correct format will make you Uploads possible.
- Upload
- Once you have entered all needed in your CSV file you are able to upload as a flat file (bulk upload).
- Please note, save your file as a CSV as this is the only format that can be uploaded.
When you have downloaded the CSV file you'll see you have 5 columns, the first 4 are monitory for uploads.
- first_name: first name of the user
- last_name: last name of that user
- email: unique email address of that user
- event: Sale or Cancelled
- attribution: Not mandatory
As soon as you have uploaded your new CSV file the Partner Portal will start to validate the information, you can see it processing during that time, Image below.
Once the processing is complete you'll see the option to download, the naming convention will always be filename_report.csv.
The report will give additional columns:
- status: PASS or FALE
- status_description: Description for failed user
This will allow you to check if a user has been created, or not, by checking the status column. When a user is created successfully the status will show as PASS. This will trigger your welcome email containing a link to set a password.
