MyWexer: Calendar

MyWexer Portal - Calendar

There will be a blank pre-loaded calendar in your MyWexer. In essence all you need to do is drag a class from the list on the the left of the page and drop it in the appropriate day and time you want it to play.

Creating you New Calendar

You are able to create as many different calendars as required, one for each player, group exercise, cycle, mind body, perhaps one for the holiday season in preparation.

• Click Calendar in the left navigation panel, then New Calendar.
• In the pop-up give your calendar a name.
• Make it just for Cycle or Group Exercise, or a combination of both.
  • If you have other clubs with virtual players within your chain, you are able to clone a calendar from one of those clubs by using the Clone from calendar drop down.
    • The calendar will clone all classes that are:
      • Wexer Collection (Blue)
      • Rotator classes (Orange)
      • Classes uploaded via the Partner Portal for your chain (Red)
        • The classes that wont clone across are the ones that are site specific:
          • Own instructor classes (Purple)
          • Live streaming (Green)
• Lastly click Create Calendar.

 Wexer Collection of classes, these classes are listed in blue

 Your own classes, pre-recorded uploaded videos or a place holder for an instructor lead class, these classes are listed in purple

 Choose classes you have marked as your favourites

 Add a Rotator Block class, these classes show in orange in your calendar

• Disable On-Demand can also be found under special blocks
  • This feature allows you to add a block in your calendar to ensure no one can use the OnDemand function of the player.
  • This might be, for example:
    • To book out a regular cleaning time slot every week for the studio.
    • A regular person training session, or even a booking for an event held in the studio.

To add classes choose from the icons and just drag and drop your chosen class into the correct day & time. In the pop-up click:

• Yes, add recurring event if you want the classes to play at the same time & day every week.
• Yes, add event if you want that class to play as a one-off.
• No, changed my mind should you not want to add that particular class.

Last thing to do is attach your calendar to your player so your classes play automatically.

• Click the Attach to player icon bringing you to the settings page.
• click the green blob next to the calendar you want to attach to your player.

Once your calendar is created and attached to your virtual player the classes will automatically play. Your players will need to be turned on and connected to a power source and the internet 24/7.

This will ensure any changes you make to your calendar will get to the player, along with any software updates and new classes that are added to the Wexer Collection.
