MyWexer: General overview

This article, and the links below, runs through your MyWexer portal giving you a a full understanding of the features and functions available to you.

Once logged in you'll see the navigation panel on the left of the logged in screen.

Should you forget you password you can click Forgotten Password and a reset email will come to you, alternatively this Password Reset article will assist with ways to login.

 

MyWexer Portal - Dashboard

On the left Navigation panel you see links to:

  • Calendar
    • Allowing you to create your on calendar to play virtual classes automatically.
    • These classes can be from:
      • The Wexer Collection.
      • Place holders for your instructor lead classes.
      • Your own uploaded classes via MyWexer or the Partner Portal.
        • This Calendar link brings you to the Inspiration page.
        • Review the following videos for more information.

          • Auto Rotate Calendar Function.
  • Marketing
    • Taking you to the correct page of the Success Hub for imagery and video downloads to assist with your marketing strategy.
  • Virtual Class Library
    • Showing you all the Virtual classes you have available to you.
  • Statistics
    • The initial logged in page gives an overview, in the Statistics page of MyWexer you are able to to deep dive into usage.
  • Own content
    • Adding your own instructor lead classes to act as placeholders in your Virtual calendar.
    • Adding your own pre-recorded video.
    • Blocking out time for your Live Streamed classes
  • Settings
    • Here you'll find our MyWexer username, your company address and contact details along with your virtual players passcode.
      • To the right side of the page there are links to;
        • Password
          • You can update your MyWexer password here.
        • Players
          • Giving the player names and ID numbers.
          • Showing if your player is connected to the internet and online.
        • Screensavers
          • This is where you can upload your own screensaver image or video if desired.
        • Club Logo
          • Here you can upload your logo to the actual player.
          • Your users will then see your name not Wexer when choosing an OnDemand class.
        • Calendar Settings
          • Change the look of your calendar, here.
          • Insure you have to correct calendar attached to the right virtual player.
            • Example, one for cycle classes the other for group exercise.
        • Commercial Module
          • Upload a short promotional video that will play be before a class, after one, or both.
          • This feature s available at Club and Chain level.

  • Help Centre
    • This will bring you directly to our Success Hub offering many useful tips, tricks and best practices to make your Virtual Player successful, along with technical information should you need to troubleshot in the future.
  • Show tutorial
    • Clicking this on any page in MyWexer, the wizard will walk you through the functionality on that particular page.
  • Logout
    • To leave your MyWexer portal.
