Common issues with a newly installed system

Issue:

Nothing is showing on the external screen 

Solution:

Make sure to connect the HDMI connection from the External screen to the Mini PC and not the touch screen - Step 6.2 in the Installation Guide

Issue:

Touch is not working on the touchscreen

Solution:

Make sure to connect the USB cable from the Touchscreen to the Mini PC - Step 5.1 and 8.2 in the Installation Guide

Issue:

Audio not playing on AUX 

Solution:

Make sure to connect the 3.5mm Aux cable to Mini PC instead of the Touchscreen - Step 5.4 in the Installation Guide
