As you can see from the Summary of virtual content available (2024) there are a vast number of classes available to you within the Wexer Collection.
The Virtual Player have an excellent storage capacity but even they can't house all the classes now available, some will need to stream/download to the virtual players, here is how it works.
As long as your Virtual Player is online you will see cloud icons on the class thumbnail near the class name.
This means all the classes are available to you, either they are stored on the player or will download/stream once selected as an OnDemand choice.
If you notice the wording top left of the Virtual Player screen saying it's disconnected from the internet, the classes that are available are the ones with the underlined tick icon in place of the cloud icon.
These classes will play as as normal and will be the only classes that your users will see and be able to chose from should your player remain offline.
As soon as you reconnect your player to the internet via the Ethernet cable, all classes will again be available.
All the classes in your calendars will automatically download over night and will play as expected, as long as you keep your virtual player powered on and connected to the internet 24/7 as we recommend it to be.
The scheduled classes will be triggered to download overnight as mentioned, but that speed of that download is entirely reliant on your sites internet speed. To be sure your calendar will play all the scheduled classes it would be good to give time for classes to download, setting up your calendar at least a week in advance is worth considering.
